About Caremont
Who We Are
Our Mission
Building Pathways to Independence
Our mission is to provide safe, stable, and high-quality accommodation for care-experienced young people transitioning into independent living. We understand that leaving care is one of the most significant transitions a young person will face, and we are committed to making that transition as supported and structured as possible.
As an Ofsted-registered provider, Caremont operates a semi-independent model, meaning we provide a high standard of accommodation combined with dedicated keyworker support. Our approach empowers residents to develop the skills and confidence they need to manage their own tenancies and live independently.
We work exclusively with local authority commissioning teams and Personal Advisors. All placements are council-commissioned — we do not accept self-referrals. This ensures that every placement is properly assessed, planned, and supported from the outset.
Our Ethos
Professional Standards, Personal Touch
We believe that care-experienced young people deserve the same quality of accommodation and support that any young professional would expect. That is why we furnish our property to a high standard, maintain rigorous compliance with all regulatory requirements, and invest in skilled, experienced keyworkers.
Caremont is Ofsted registered, which means our service is regularly inspected and regulated to ensure the highest standards of care and support. Our model is specifically designed for young people aged 16 and over who are ready for semi-independent living with structured support. We are not CQC registered and do not provide personal care or 24-hour on-site staffing.
Important
Caremont accommodates care-experienced young people aged 16 and over. All placements are made through local authority commissioning teams. We do not accept self-referrals. As an Ofsted-registered provider, we are regularly inspected to ensure we meet the highest standards.
A Young Person's Future Starts With a Safe Place to Stand
Care-experienced young people are among the most vulnerable in our society. Many have known instability, uncertainty, and loss. We believe that a safe, warm, and dignified home is the first step toward healing — toward confidence, independence, and hope. Help us provide that foundation.
Our Values
What Guides Everything We Do
Our values are not just words on a page — they are embedded in every decision we make, every interaction we have, and every space we create.
Dignity
Every resident is treated with unconditional dignity. We create an environment where care leavers feel valued and respected as individuals, not as case numbers.
Independence
Our accommodation is designed to foster independence. We support residents in developing the practical skills they need to manage their own tenancy and thrive in the community.
Respect
We respect the autonomy and aspirations of our residents. Our support is collaborative, not directive — empowering young adults to make informed decisions about their futures.
Safety
Safety is non-negotiable. Our property is fully compliant with all regulatory standards, and we maintain a secure, well-managed environment at all times.
