Our Support

Keyworker Support Model

Behind every young person we support is a story of resilience. Our role is to help them write the next chapter — one where they have the skills, confidence, and belief in themselves to build a brighter future.

What We Provide

Dedicated Keyworker Support

Every resident is assigned a dedicated keyworker who works with them on a structured support plan aligned with their Pathway Plan.

Life Skills Development

Supporting residents in developing essential daily living skills including personal organisation, time management, and self-care routines.

Budgeting & Financial Literacy

Helping young people understand budgeting, managing bills, savings, and responsible financial planning for independent living.

Cooking & Nutrition

Encouraging healthy eating habits and building confidence in meal planning and preparation in our fully equipped shared kitchen.

Education & Employment

Supporting access to further education, training, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities through guidance and signposting.

Emotional Wellbeing

Providing a listening ear and emotional support, with appropriate signposting to specialist services when needed.

Move-On Planning

Working with residents and their Personal Advisors to plan a structured and successful transition to fully independent accommodation.

Pathway Plan Alignment

Working in Partnership

Our support is designed to align with each resident's Pathway Plan, ensuring consistency and continuity with the local authority's objectives.

Keyworkers maintain regular contact with Personal Advisors and participate in reviews and planning meetings as required. We provide regular progress reports and ensure that support goals are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with the resident's aspirations.

Our aim is to work collaboratively with the local authority to ensure that every young person in our accommodation is making meaningful progress towards independence and successful move-on.

We Don't Just Support Skills — We Nurture Hope

A young person who has grown up in care deserves more than just a roof over their head. They deserve someone who believes in them, who sees their potential, and who will walk alongside them as they find their feet. That is what our keyworkers do every single day.
